Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Candy and other consumable goods are not eligible for return under federal food safety regulations. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds & Replacements
While returns are not accepted, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit. Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of verified damage or fulfillment errors.
To be eligible for review:

Clear photo documentation of the issue and packaging is required

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for consideration
Exclusions
The following are not considered valid damage claims and are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

Candy that has melted or softened due to heat exposure

Minor cosmetic variations inherent to candy production

Damage resulting from improper storage after delivery
We recommend monitoring tracking closely and retrieving packages promptly upon delivery, especially during warmer months.
